eAcademy represents a new direction of development of the Judicial Academy in the direction of digitization business processes and improvement of information exchange both in the Academy itself and in interaction with organs and bodies with which it cooperates.

In accordance with the business commitment to digital, the Academy has started the development of information system, which implies the transition to a new hybrid way of conducting training, using modern technologies that are applied to distance learning systems to achieve a basic level of knowledge in a field, which is upgraded with different training models.

By developing the base of judicial practice of international courts and bodies, the Academy places special emphasis on development of trainings in the field of basic human rights and availability of extensive content within applications developed for that purpose, which are connected to the bases of judicial and prosecutorial practice of the Republic of Serbia, as well as electronic library application that aims to make it easier for users to understand the work of international courts and bodies, while at the same time making relevant legal acts and guides and manuals for application and interpretation.

Create the prerequisites for the development of professionalism in holders of judiciary office by establishing clear, measurable and objective criteria for the election and career advancement and their training and professional development, in line with core values and principles the judiciary system is founded on.


Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
