The judicial academy is, with the support of the organizationUNHCR, organized a seminar on the relationship of examination procedures for judges and judges 'assistants of basic and higher courts from the Court of Appeals in Belgrade and public prosecutors and public prosecutors' prosecutors in the field of Civil Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade.

The seminar was held 1. October 2025. years in the premises of the Bargrade Judicial Academy.

The lecturers at the seminar were Dr. Mirjana Martić, a permanent lecturer of the Judicial Academy and Bojan Stojanović, UNHCR expert.

Topics in training were:

  • Persons in need of international protection in the extradition procedure,
  • Relevant standards for extradition of the European Court of Human Rights,
  • National Legal Framework and Case Studies on Extradition Procedure.

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
