Novi Sad, presentation of "Manual on Criminal Procedure Costs"
The judicial academy is, in cooperation withOSCE Mission in Serbia, within the project "Capacity building of criminal justice actors for better implementation of legislation", organized the presentation of the manual "Costs of Criminal Procedure".
The manual was presented in Novi Sad, at the Sheraton Hotel, 19. September 2025. years, in the presence of president of courts, judges, judicial assistants and public-entry functions from the territory of the Novi Sad appeal.
The topics discussed at the presentation of the manual were:
- Deciding on the costs of criminal proceedings - observed shortcomings and possible solutions;
- Characteristic questions and dilemmas in courts when deciding on the costs of criminal proceedings.
The speakers at this presentation were, at the same time, and the authors of the manual:
- Siniša Vazić, Referee of the Court of Appeals in Belgrade, retired,
- Svetlana Tomić Jokić, JudgeSupreme Court of Serbia.
The moderator on the presentation was Natasa Novaković, the leader of the Human Rights Program and the Criminal System of the OSCE Mission in Serbia.
