The Judicial Academy is in cooperation with the OSCE Mission  in Serbia, on October 17, 2025, in the hall of the Appellate Court in Niš, organized a training on the topic "Implementation of the principle of impunity for victims of human trafficking". This training was attended by public prosecutors and judges of misdemeanor courts from the territory of the Niš appeal.

At this training, a manual with guidelines, legal frameworks and recommendations for the implementation of the principle of impunity for victims of human trafficking in Serbia was presented.

The lecturers at this training were:
-    Radmila Dragičević Dičić, judge of the Supreme Court (retired)
-    Tamara Mirović, prosecutor in the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office
-    Dr. Milan Žarković, professor at the Criminalistics and Police University in Belgrade
