The Judicial Academy is on November 7, 2025, in cooperation with the OSCE Mission to Serbia, in the hall of the Judicial Academy in Niš, organized training on the topic "Application of the Law on Civil Procedure - Drafting of a Decision". This training was attended by newly elected judges with up to three years of judicial experience, assistant judges as well as participants of the Judicial Academy from the territory of the Niš appeal.

The topics covered in this training were:
-    The right to a fair trial, properly reasoned court judgment, evaluation of evidence and positions and practice of the European Court of Human Rights;
-    Drafting of the court decision and the structure of the decision, Content of the decision (introduction, sentence, explanation), Citation of judgments of the European Court for Human Rights, examples of a good structure of a court decision, examples of good practice.

The lecturers at this training were: Ivana Marković Radojević and Jelena Stevanović, judges of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade.
