Announcement of the Judicial Academy on the occasion of the event that occurred during the oral part of the entrance exam for the enrollment of the XIII generation of participants of the Judicial Academy, on September 13, 2023

The Judicial Academy, in order to remove doubts about the regularity of the examination process, informs the public about the following facts:

1. When drawing the question, the candidate mistakenly drew a question with a draft of the correct answer, which is given to the committee members. The candidate did not report that fact and was therefore disqualified from the procedure, which can be determined from the publicly published ranking list.
2. We emphasize that this error did not jeopardize the integrity of the examination process in relation to other candidates. After a detailed check, it was established that the failure occurred only with this candidate, and that this unintentional error did not in any way jeopardize the integrity of the examination process in relation to the other candidates.
3. After it was established that there was an omission and the candidate was disqualified from the further process of taking the entrance exam, the examination committee unanimously, including the chief prosecutor for organized crime Mladen Nenadić, continued with the work, which can be seen on the publicly available recordings of the live broadcast of the exam.

As before, the Judicial Academy will work and continue to work on the constant improvement and addition of procedures, in order to further improve the confidentiality of exam questions while maintaining the full transparency of the exam.

The Judicial Academy would like to thank all members of the commission for their responsible, conscientious and professional work and engagement.
