Ceremonial assignment of beliefs of passed final exam Users Initial Training

On July 18, 2011, a solemn ceremony was organized in Belgrade's premises in Belgrade, a festive assignment of a passed user exam of the twelfth generation of initial training users.

The audience addresses the Function of the Director of the Judicial Academy Srdjan Pavličić addressed the audience. He pointed out the importance of initial training programs and continuous improvement of both in his personal and broader social level, congratulated users in achieved success and wish them success in further work.

Users of the initial training of the twelfth generation took the final exam in the period from 1. to 4th of 2025.

To remind, the initial training program is professional development through mentoring work and educational activities such as training and workshops. It is based on the model development model necessary for performing the tasks of judicial functions.

The final exam is a check of practical knowledge and skills through the simulation of the trial in the criminal and civil field.

A grade of 1 to 5 examination commission assesses the level of acquired competencies of initial training through simulations of trial with special reference to the following criteria:

  • procedure management,
  • Legal argumentation and
  • general impression

The Collective of the Judicial Academy uses the opportunity to once more the beneficiary of the initial training of the twelfth generation in achieved success and wish them much happiness and success in further career development and reports to competitions for judges and public prosecutors.
