The twelfth generation of initial training beneficiaries is prepared to take the final exam at the Judicial Academy.

Users Initial Training are for checking the development of competencies, we have been prepared long-term mentors, judges and prosecutors from all four appeals in whose seats are prepared and held.

Law on Judicial Academy ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 104/2009, 32/2014 - The US and 106/2015 decision) The final exam is defined as a verification of practical knowledge and abilities (competencies) to perform the job of judicial functions.

The final exam of XII generation of users of the initial training shall take a total of 28 candidates, by the followingSchedule Laying By Days

All candidates will be deposited in the Belgrade appeal, in the period from 1. July, in July 04, July 2025, in the premises of the Judicial Academy at Terazije Street no. 41, Belgrade from 09:00 to 17:00

The examination commission consists of:

• Milena Rašić, Judge of the Supreme Court
• Vesna Miljuš, Judge of the Court of Appeals in Belgrade, and President of the First Basic Court in Belgrade
• Jelena Stevanović, Judge of the Court of Appeals in Belgrade
• Svetlana Aleksić, Judge of the Senior Court in Belgrade - Special Department of the High Court for Organized Crime
• Tomislav Kilibarda, Chief Public Prosecutor in the Civil Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade

A grade of 1 to 5 will evaluate the level of acquired users' competencies through trial simulations with special reference to the following criteria:

• procedure management,
• Legal argumentation and
• General impression of exhibitors

The initial training program is based on the competency development model necessary for performing some of the judicial functions. It covers the application of material and procedural laws, judicial and prosecutorial practices, international legal standards, the development of special skills necessary for the judicial and prosecutorial profession as well as the principles of judicial and prosecutorial ethics.

It is realized through the mentoring and professional development of participants.

Upon completion of the initial training, initial training beneficiaries take the final exam, which is checked exclusively practical knowledge and abilities acquired on initial training, and to perform the job: 

• judges of the misdemeanor court,
• the judges of the Basic Court and
• Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office

Each candidate in accordance with the final exam program, shows its practical knowledge and skills as:

• judge in the civil case, 
• As a judge in a criminal case and 
• As the prosecutor in the indictment representation
