Respecting the recommendationsCorruption prevention agencies The Judicial Academy created a program and realized training for employees entitled "Ethics and Integrity - Training in the field of prevention of corruption and strengthening of integrity".

The trainings were held 9. and September 10, 2025 in the premises of the Judicial Academy.

The lecturer at the training was a judge of the Supreme Court in Pension, Biljana Sinanović, a permanent lecturer of the Judicial Academy.

The aim of training was to improve professional standards of employee behavior.

The topics in training were: values and role of employees in public authorities, risky situation for the formation of corruption in the work environment, the role of the Code of Ethics, responsibility for ethical treatment.

In the coming period, the realization of training for colleagues and colleagues from regional offices, as well as training development in digital format, is planned.

With this training, as well as other activities, the Judicial Academy confirms its commitment to the preservation of the values for which it is committed to strengthening the collective.

Create the prerequisites for the development of professionalism in holders of judiciary office by establishing clear, measurable and objective criteria for the election and career advancement and their training and professional development, in line with core values and principles the judiciary system is founded on.

Goal

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
