Based on the Program of the Judicial Academy for the year 2025, the Judicial Academy held a seminar on "Application of the Law on Civil Procedure - Drafting of Decisions" at the Court of Appeal in Novi Sad on December 1, 2025.

The training was organized for newly elected judges with a maximum of three years of judicial experience, judicial assistants and participants of the Judicial Academy from the area of ​​Novi Sad appeal.

Training topics included:
• the right to a fair trial, properly reasoned court verdict, evaluation of evidence and the views and practice of the European Court of Human Rights;
• preparation of the court decision and its structure;
• content of the decision (introduction, sentence, explanation);
• citing judgments of the European Court of Human Rights in the decisions of domestic courts;
• examples of good court decision structure and good practice.

The lecturers at the seminar were:
Ivana Marković Radojević, judge of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade;
Jelena Stevanović, judge of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade.
