Final exam of the VI generation

The final exam is defined by the Law on the Judicial Academy, namely Articles 37 to 40 of the Law.

After completing the initial training, the users of the initial training take a final exam, which only tests the practical knowledge and abilities acquired during the initial training, namely, to perform the job:

  • judges of the misdemeanor court,
  • of the basic court and
  • Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office.
The final exam is taken before a committee of five members, three of whom are judges and two are prosecutors.

Grading of the final exam is expressed in grades from 1 to 5. A user of the initial training, who receives a grade of 1 on the final exam, is considered not to have completed the initial training.

Final exam of the VI generation

Participants of the initial training of the 6th generation successfully passed the final exam in front of the final exam committee consisting of:

  • Milena Rašić, judge Court of Appeal in Belgrade
  • Gordana Komnenić, judge of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade
  • Mirjana Grujičić, judge of the High Court in Belgrade
  • Svetlana Aleksić, judge of the High Court in Belgrade - special department of the High Court for organized crime
  • Tomislav Kilibarda, Appellate Prosecutor in Belgrade

The average rating of the training users was 4.90.

Each candidate, in accordance with the program of the final exam, demonstrated his practical knowledge and skills as a judge in a civil case, as a judge in a criminal case and as a prosecutor in representing the indictment.

For the first time, in addition to the recording of the entire course of the final exam, a direct transmission was also introduced of the official YouTube channels of the Judicial Academy
