The Judicial Academy organized an extracurricular training on the topic of application of the Law on the Prevention of Domestic Violence for judges of misdemeanour courts within the Belgrade Appellate Court jurisdiction. The training was conducted at the Misdemeanour court in Belgrade, on 17 April 2019.
The lecturers on this training were Prof. Godana Gasmi, PhD and Gordana Mirčić-Čaluković, Deputy Basic Public Prosecutor in Belgrade and a member of the Working Group for development of a Draft Law on the Prevention of Domestic Violence.
