From 1991 until 1993 she worked as a lawyer’s trainee, and after passing the Bar Exam in 1993 she worked as a lawyer.
From November 2002 until July 2009 she was a legal adviser at the Normative Department of the Ministry of Justice.
During her employment at the Ministry of Justice she participated in working groups for drafting of laws and bylaws.
Inter alia, she participated in development of:
- Draft Family Law,
- Draft Law on Mediation (ADR),
- Draft Law on Accountability of Legal Persons for Criminal Offences,
- Draft Law on enforcement of criminal sanctions and bylaws related to this Draft,
- Draft Law on enforcement and security.
From July 2009 she was on the Administrative Office staff of the High Judicial Council, as a senior adviser for normative affairs until 2013 when she was made the Head of the Department for drafting of regulations and European integrations.
She participated in drafting of the following acts within the competence of the High Judicial Council:
- High Judicial Council Rules of Procedure,
Code of Ethics,
- Code of Ethics for members of the High Judicial Council,
- Rulebook on the disciplinary procedure for determining accountability of judges and court presidents,
- Rulebook on the Criteria, Standards and Process of Performance Evaluation of Judges and Court Presidents,
- Rulebook on the Criteria, Standards and Process of Performance Evaluation of Judges’ Assistants,
- Internal acts of the High Judicial Council.
From September 2018 she has been the acting secretary of the High Judicial Council.
She speaks English language.
