High-tech crime and the protection of minors

The Judicial Academy, within its regular programme, in cooperation with the Save the Children organization, through the „Prevention and Combating against Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children on the Internet in Serbia and B&H“ Project, provided the one-day training course for the judicial staff and the members of the Ministry of the Interior on the topic of „High-tech crime and the protection of minors on the Internet“.

The training was provided on 25 October 2019, in Majestic Hotel in Belgrade, and those present were police officers from Belgrade, as well as the judges of the High Court in Belgrade and of the First, Second and the Third Basic Courts in Belgrade.

The lecturers within the training course were Mr. Saša Živanović, the former Head of the Department for Combating High-tech Crime of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia, and Mrs. Bojana Paunović, Judge of the Appellate Court in Belgrade.
