VI Generation beneficiary of the initial training

Education:

  • He completed the basic studies at the Faculty of Law of the University in Novi Sad with the average grade of 9.84, the general course, within the term, on 25 Sept. 2012.
  • He completed the master studies at the Faculty of Law of the University in Novi Sad with the average grade of 10.00, the general course, within the term, on 30 Sept. 2013. He defended his master thesis on the topic of „International legal standards of protection of foreign investments“.
  • In the academic year 2016/2017, he enrolled for the doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of the University in Novi Sad, the private law course. He is currently the candidate for a doctor's degree at the second year of the studies.

Working experience:

  • On 6 Aug. 2013, he got the employment at the work post of a judicial intern in the Basic Court in Novi Sad. He started working as the judicial intern on 18 Oct. 2013 and he stayed at this work post up to the termination of employment by consent on 31 Jan. 2016. During the internship he worked in the civil and the criminal departments of the Court.
  • On 26 June 2015, he passed the bar examination with the overall result „passed very good“.
  • As of 1 Feb. 2016, he has been employed as the beneficiary of the initial training of the Judicial Academy, and he is still in that capacity.
  • He underwent the training in the judicial bodies in Novi Sad, to wit in the Basic Court in Novi Sad, the Misdemeanour Court in Novi Sad and in the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad.
  • On 6 July 2018, he passed the final examination at the Judicial Academy with grade 5.
  • After having passed the final exam, he was assigned to work in the civil department of the High Court in Novi Sad, and now he is assigned to the civil department the Basic Court in Novi Sad.

In-service training

  • He participated in a number of seminars organized by the Judicial Academy.
  • In the period of 2-15 Sept. 2018, he was a participant of the school of law „Straniak Academy for Democracy and Human Rights“, which was held in Saranda, the Republic of Albania.
  • In the period of 19-21 Oct. 2018, he participated in the workshop „Security, Political and Legal Challenges of the Modern World“, which was held in Bitolj, the Republic of North Macedonia.

Scientific work

  • He is the author of the original scientific paper ,,Development Risks – Definition Under European Union Law and Justification for Implementation in Serbian Law“, which was published in the „Proceedings of Novi Sad Faculty of Law“ No. 2/2018.
  • He is a co-author of the original scientific paper „A New Function of Personal Data in the Light of Digital Content Directive“, which was published in the „Proceedings of Novi Sad Faculty of Law“ No. 3/2019.
  • He is the author of the reviewed scientific paper „Different Concepts of Strict Liability: Draft Common Frame of Reference and Principles of European Tort Law“, which was published in the journal „Legal Records“ No. 2/2019.
  • He participated at the international scientific conference: “EU and Member States – legal and economic issues“, which was held in Osijek, the Republic of Croatia, in the period of 6-7 June 2019, where he presented the scientific paper „Strict Liability in the Serbian Law and Significant Development Projects for the Harmonization of Civil Law in the European Union”.
  • He participated at the international scientific conference: „Legal Tradition and New Legal Challenges“, which was held in Novi Sad, in the period of 3-4 Oct. 2019, where he presented the scientific paper „Personal Data in the Context of the Digital Content Directive“.
