Training on the topic: "Sexual violence - challenges in proving and understanding the position of the victim"

In cooperation with the Judicial Academy, the Government of the Republic of Serbia and UNDP (United Nations Development Programme), on April 18, 2024, at the Kragujevac Hotel, a training was organized on the topic: "Sexual violence - challenges in proving and understanding the position of the victim".


The topics covered in the training were:
- Multisectoral cooperation to efficient criminal proceedings
- European standards in defining and proving sexual violence
- Understanding the victim of sexual violence
-Analysis of test results (prejudices and discussion)

The lecturers at the training were: Slađana Jovanović, a professor at the Faculty of Law at Union University in Belgrade, and Gorjana Mirčić Čaluković, deputy public prosecutor and coordinator for gender-based violence.
