The Judicial Academy of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with the National Alliance for Economic Development (NADE), implemented the third topic of the Project for the Improvement of Public Procurement/Project for Good Governance. The title of the theme of this part of the project was "Protection of rights before the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures - administrative dispute related to public procurement", and the training of the second group of judges and judicial assistants of the Administrative Court from Belgrade and Novi Sad was carried out in courtroom no. 11 of the Appellate Court of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade.

Representatives of NALED and the Judicial Academy addressed the audience with a brief overview of the previous two topics from the aforementioned project. 

The lecturers this time were Dr. Dobrosav Milovanović, professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, and Blaženka Stojanović, a consultant in the field of public administration reform, and as the authors of the Practicum for the Implementation of the Law on Public Procurement (PPL).
